You will then be met by your guide and led through the distillery production area, learning how we make our ‘water of life’. If Gin is to your taste then new to market comes NB Gin. NB Gin is a small batch artisan gin. “Small Batch” typically means 1,000 litres or fewer. NB Gin is always distilled in batches of less than 200 litres. It is handmade in North Berwick from pure grain spirit and carefully selected botanicals to produce a full flavoured quality gin. You can buy it at Locketts.

Dirleton Castle Inn.jpg The Castle Inn at Dirleton has long been a favourite of ours. Overlooking the Dirleton Common its a great place just for a drink inside or out or for excellent meals in the bar or restaurant. We like to walk along the beach from North Berwick and follow the path into Dirleton – have a drink and walk home again. Brilliant!
