North Berwick Holiday Homes Ltd have a responsibility to look after the health and wellbeing of our employees, clients and visitors.

We are experiencing a substantial amount of cancellations as a consequence of the recent national and international government travel advice.

We all find ourselves in unprecedented times with this ever-changing situation, therefore as a precaution, our Team will no longer be manning our office as of Monday 23 March 2020 and will be working remotely from home. We will divert our office telephone to our out of hours number, but communication by email would be preferable

In an effort to minimise the impact of lost bookings we are offering guests who have already booked alternative dates in either 2020 or 2021.

For guests who have current bookings, please check your Holiday insurance policy to see if you are covered for any loss.

For the moment we are fully occupied consolidating what we can.

Your patience under the circumstances is very much appreciated, As a business we are trying to take every sensible precaution possible,

    Harmony Undercroft is a delightful two bedroom apartment, where you can enjoy peace and quiet nestled in the heart of North Berwick yet a few minutes' walk from both East and West beaches, harbour and the High Street, which offers a varied selection of shops to browse, cafes, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets for essentials. Access is through a short walkway called Harmony Place past Harmony House and down a short flight of steps, Harmony Undercroft has a small, sunny patio area with a bench. The property is furnished and equipped to a high standard.

    North Berwick is a delightful seaside town on the East Lothian coast of Scotland with breathtaking views across the Firth of Forth to the Fife coast and offers an unforgettable holiday destination. Attractions nearby include The Scottish Seabird Centre, The National Museum of Flight, Tantallon Castle and of course a day trip to Edinburgh, the beautiful historic capital of Scotland.

    GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT(SLEEPS 1-4)

    Sitting room: The bright and comfortable sitting room has two double leather sofas, flat screen TV and free wifi. There is also a folding dining table and four chairs. This room looks onto the small garden and is perfect for relaxing in
    Kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and a combination oven (microwave, grill and conventional oven) fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and all the essential equipment. There is a table and two chairs perfect for breakfast
    Bed 1: The master bedroom has two single beds which can also be made up as a superking (please advise when booking). Small child's bed (please advise when booking)
    Bed 2: Double bed
    A cot (bedding not provided) and highchair are available on request
    Shower room: with walk in shower, wash hand basin and wc.
