There is a fully equipped kitchen and white bathroom suite with WC, basin, bath with shower over. The garage could possibly be used for storage of bikes etc with a private parking space in front of the garage.

There is a great view from the back across to the Lammermuir Hills. It is an easy walk up to the Muirfield Open course and also a very short walk down to the shops, pubs, and cafes in Gullane including The Old Clubhouse and country pub overlooking the children`s golf course.
For non-golfers, the long sandy beach is also only a 10 min walk away!
