    Seahorses is located just steps from the beach, and as a second floor apartment, enjoys great views over the Firth of Forth from the kitchen, dining room and back bedroom. The view from the front bedroom and lounge takes in the sea and beach, park and the volcanic cone of The Law. Seahorses is very close to the centre of town for the shops, park, museum, tennis courts, golf courses, Scottish Seabird Centre and cafes. The train station in North Berwick and its 32 minute links to Edinburgh and its airport, is just a 10 minute walk away, so very convenient for a day trip to the festival city of Edinburgh, with is abundance of history and culture and 'non driving' travel option. There is on street parking outside the property and a shared sunny garden is available for your use.

    The apartment sleeps up to six and is on the second or top floor. As such it has a sunny aspect throughout the day, with light streaming through the windows, hallway and bunk room skylights, giving a particularly light and airy feeling even in darkest winter. It has a sunny sitting room, 3 bedrooms, one with basin and king sized bed and second with double bed, one bunk bedroom, shower room, modern bathroom and with bath and shower over, kitchen and a separate large dining room. There is a gas central heating throughout with hot water on demand.

    The large and spacious sitting room has traditional oak features with a beautiful marble surround gas fire and a large TV and DVD. There are alarm radios in the main bedrooms. The property also has unlimited fast broadband. Off the hallway is a walk in shower room with Mira shower and the family bathroom has a plain white suite with bath, shower over, wc and basin.

    The dining room has seating for six with a dresser, the newly fitted modern kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, fan oven and grill, extractor fan, fridge with ice box, washing machine a a full complement of cutlery and crockery.

    Seahorses offers excellent tradition, comfy accommodation for the family or golfing party and is in an ideal location to enjoy the beach, the many interesting paces to visit and stunning golf courses in this area. The property is in a quiet residential block and will not suit late night party folk!
